Objective: Finding new talent in the construction industry can be tough. Farrans asked us to create a video advertisement that would show candidates what they were missing.

Idea: Combining previously shot footage and new interviews with graduate students, we produced a recruitment advert that was destined to succeed. The video was used at recruitment fairs, on social media and shared with partnered schools and colleges.

Feedback: As well as looking amazing, they received a record number of applicants after their video went live.
