Objective: The objective was to highlight the unique journey and value proposition of “Northstar IT”, an IT support company based in Lancing, specialising in services for small to medium-sized businesses. The focus was on showcasing their personalised approach, expert communication skills, and the crucial role of IT in modern business.
Concept: The video was designed to tell the story of Northstar IT’s captain, tracing his passion for IT back to a defining moment in his teenage years. Key elements included a personal Christian’s journey, showcasing the company’s ability to demystify IT jargon, making technology understandable and accessible to clients, also presenting company’s approach to offering comprehensive, cost-effective IT support, emphasising uniqueness, perseverance and a proactive mindset, also highlighting the diverse skills within the team, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Outcomes: Post-launch, “Northstar IT” experienced a surge in enquiries and potential client engagements. The video helped solidify trust with existing clients and attracted new ones, drawn by the personalised approach. The video also reinforced the team’s sense of purpose and unity.
